In Honor of Stephen H. Kanner, FAIA - Please Consider A + D Museum Donation

FORM and Balcony Media give our sincere condolences to Stephen's family, firm, friends, and colleagues.
If you haven't read Frances Anderton's tribute on the DnA blog yet, please do here.

We wanted to pass this message along from Danielle Cornwell at KANNER ARCHITECTS to everyone.
(Please spread these wishes through social media/blogs/sites for optimum coverage.)

"Before his passing, Stephen mentioned that the A+D Museum was his legacy and he wanted to continue the work of educating the public in architecture and design. I was hoping to get the word out that in lieu of flowers, the family welcomes a donation in honor of Stephen to the museum www.aplusd.org. We are planning a public memorial along with a retrospective of his work at the museum on November 4th. The retrospective will run through January 16, 2011.

We are all saddened by Stephen’s passing…He was not only our boss and mentor, but a great friend as well. We are determined to honor his wish to continue the work of the firm."
