A ceramist by training, Erin Adams' design career has spanned three decades. She has created work for Ann Sacks and New Ravenna to name just a few of the firms that have worked with her, not to mention received and been nominated multiple awards. Her newest venture is a curated lifestyle brand, House Fifty Two, where she's bringing the work of talented artists and designers together. The pieces range from housewares to tile, wallpaper and furnishings. With such a tremendous design résumé, we wanted to get her take on the state of the profession. We're delighted to share her thoughts on her inspiration and her favorites—and she reveals her fascination with fake food.
