COLLECTION: Divine Dinnerware
PALACE built from architectural stacking porcelain dishes
Stefano Seletti, President of Seletti home furnishings company, was inspired by the lack of order in his kitchen, so he challenged designer Alessandro Zambelli to create a set of tableware that could disguise itself when not in use. Zambelli’s solution? The Palace collection, a whimsical 7-layer stacked set of porcelain dinnerware that resembles Florentine buildings of the Renaissance. Each clever “building” is formed from six stacked plates or bowls, and a roof that turns over into a serving dish. The collection includes large plates or soup bowls and small dessert plates or bowls. Available in June.
