Coinciding with the current exhibition California Design, 1930—1965: "Living in a Modern Way," the Decorative Arts and Design Council hosts California Design Now at the LACMA, featuring several Los Angeles designers and architects discussing the impact and lasting legacy of California's modern design heritage on their current work. Frances Anderton, host of DnA: Design and Architecture on 89.9 KCRW and Los Angeles editor of Dwell magazine, moderates the panel, with a distinguished list of panelists: Benjamin Ball, Ball-Nogues Studio; Jenna Didier, Materials & Applications; and Jenny Wu, Olyer Wu Collaborative.
