Free AIA/LA Memberships for Full Time Architecture & Design Students
Join today and pay NO dues through 12/31/10!

This is the perfect time to join the AIA Los Angeles Chapter. Not only are we gearing up for great panels and seminars, our 2x8 Student Exhibition, and our ARE prep seminar series, but we also have a full calendar of other events designed to help you learn, network, and enjoy yourself.

Even if you’re already a member of your school’s AIA-S Chapter,* joining the AIA/LA adds a whole list of additional benefits and opportunities…

• Access to the AIA Los Angeles free online job board and the opportunity to upload a résumé to our website

• Participation in AIA Los Angeles Committee programs – most are free for student members. Includes site tours, panel discussions and networking events where student members are invited to attend

• AIA Los Angeles is always looking for volunteers for our various events and we look to our student members first. For example, AIA|LA Home Tours Series docents can work a morning or afternoon shift , and spend the other half of the day touring for free.

• AIA|LA organizes seminars to help candidates review for the Architectural Registration Examination. Our 2010 series will offer a class for each graphic section— Student membership gives up to date information so students can ensure they’re in the loop.

• Your name will appear in the AIA Los Angeles Archipages, our Chapter Directory which includes all AIA Los Angeles Chapter members.
